cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time and allow time for parking and using the restroom if needed. Showing up late will result in a modified treatment charged at full cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment date will be charged 50% of the appointment total regardless of the reason.
No show or same day cancellation is result in full charge of the service booked. Please remember that I respect your time and I ask you do the same. Please e-mail with any questions at hello@ladybirdpdx.com
